LanguageCert has developed English language qualifications to offer high-quality assessment and certification to the global learners’ community.

When applying for a visa to live, work or study in the UK, you may be required to prove your English language skills through a SELT exam (Secure English Language Test). LanguageCert offers UK Home Office approved SELT exams for UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) worldwide, covering all visa type requirements.

 

LanguageCert SELT exams are mapped to the Common European Framework for Languages (CEFR) and the exams range from levels A1 to C2. Depending on the visa type, candidates will be asked to take a two-skills (Speaking & Listening) or four-skills (Listening Reading, Writing & Speaking) exam.

LanguageCert International ESOL SELT exam suite includes:

 

LanguageCert International ESOL SELT (Speaking & Listening) – a two-skill language exam suite, available at CEFR levels A1, A2, B1.

LanguageCert International ESOL SELT (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) – a four-skill language exam suite accepted for work and study visas, available at the following CEFR levels: B1, B2, C1, C2.

Listening, Reading, Writing (Written component) and Speaking (Spoken component) can be taken independently of each other at the candidates' convenience, as long as they are taken within 14 days.
